30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—for any reason and without justification.
Items must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
